We took our last Camping trip with the family this past weekend. (I say that like we slept up there or something.) I am not a very good camper so we came home late at night. We did have a blast sitting around the campfire playing truth or dare. We learned a lot about everyone. We always have a great time with my family. We love to laugh, and with Matt and Tim in one place we are bound to laugh. Thanks to Sherrie and Thad for doing most of the work.

Mason started preschool last week. He seems way to little to be in school. I almost started to cry to see my baby go to school. He was so excited I thought he would burst. He has watched Madie go for so long that he couldn't wait to go. Peyton isn't in his class but I can never resist a picture of those two. They are adorable!

We were lucky enough to feed the bears.

It was the cutest thing I have ever seen. they would sit up and wave at you to throw the food.

The Momma deer at the petting zoo loved Mason.

Every time he touched her she would give him a big kiss.

We spent Labor Day at Bear World.

It is just south of Rigby, Idaho.
It is the funnest place! It took us about three hours to get there and we stayed in a hotel Sunday night. Then we spent the afternoon at Bear World and drove home. It is the perfect weekend vacation for the family. You drive threw the park and see all sorts of animals, Bears, Wolves, Elk and Moose. Then they have a petting zoo for the kids. They had a baby deer that Madie fell in love with. All of the animals were so tame. It was a once in a lifetime experience. They also have a little carnival at the end with rides for the kids. They had a blast! We took a tour and got to feed the bears. It was the cutest thing, they would beg for the food. It was unreal to be that close to a real bear. They look like really big teddy bears. It was one of the best short vacations we have been on. It was just short enough to not drive us crazy and totally worth the drive. Nana and Matt's kids went with us. Even with 5 kids in one car we still had an amazing time.

Mase played T ball this summer. He is a little bit young but Uncle Ty was his coach.It was so funny to see these little guys playing t ball. Mason played about half the game and then gave out. His lungs make it hard for him to play for a long time. We just pray he out grows it. He had a great time and Thanks Uncle Ty and Papa Al for being great coaches.

Mason had his first soccer lessons. It was so cute. The first game they had all he did was tackle the other kids for the ball. Daddy was so proud. Mase was so excited to be a big boy and play sports. Of course Tim wants him playing as soon as possible. I am glad he loves it because I don't think

Tim would ever get over it.

Madie's Kindergarten Graduation

I can't believe how fast my little girl is growing up. She Graduated from kindergarten. It took some struggle to get her to like school but once she did she loved every minute. She learned so much this year I am so proud of how well she did.

My sweet husband is in Brazil right now and as I sit here missing him like crazy. I just wanted everyone to know how much I love him and what a wonderful man he is. Tim and I are so lucky to be eight years into our marriage and never happier. He is in Brazil for two weeks and this is the longest we have been apart since we met. I feel so blessed to have a husband that loves me and respects my feelings. We have been through some hard times. And they are still coming, but we are still going strong. Thanks to the wonderful man he is. I want him to know how much I love him and feel blessed everyday to have him in my life. It is the best thing in the world to see the man you love being a Daddy. He is so great with the kids and they love him so much. Mason calls him his best friend. I absolutely love it. I know that everything will always be OK as long as we have each other. Be safe my sweetheart and I love you so much. Thanks for loving me! You are amazing.

Easter Fun!

I have to say I think they are Adorable, Beautiful kids. But they are mine so I can brag.
Cousins on both sides. We have the best time with all of the cousins.

Our silly little Man!

We had a great Easter, one on Saturday at Nana & Papa Gus's house and another on Sunday at Nanny & Papa Al's house. The kids had two gallon size bags of candy and were crazy for days later. Holidays are so fun when you have little kids. You remember the excitement and fun of every little thing. Playing the Easter Bunny and Santa Clause are the best gig ever. How much fun is it to mess with your kids. Madie came home from school and told me that someone told her the Easter bunny wasn't real. I was about to start making excuses but she beat me to it. She told me that there was no reason that parents would hide eggs and bring treats. It had to be the Easter bunny. I was so relieved. I love the faith that children have. They don't even question what they can't see for themselves. If only us adults could carry that kind of faith, especially for the Lord. Children never question the Gospel they just Believe. How would that be. I will try to take this little lesson from my daughter and have a little more faith.

Disney Land 2009

We spent he weekend in Disney with our little family and Tim's brother Tyler and his family. We had a blast the kids loved every minute. We flew out on Thursday and came back on Sunday. It was a lot to do in three days but we got it all in. I can't wait for the warm weather to hit here.

Mason in the hospital

Mason has always had problems with his lungs. We are very used to doing everything at home for his Asthma symptoms. We have to do breathing treatments at least monthly. So when he got sick this last time we just assumed that he was having an episode so we took him to Papa Gus and thought we were all good. Well he started a high fever and was very lethargic. So Monday I took him to the doctor and they said he had pneumonia. Then Tuesday he was a lot worse so when I took him in again they said take him to the hospital ASAP. His SAT levels were very low and he was not breathing well. It was a nerve racking situation. I knew he would be OK it is just very hard to see your baby sick. They did a ton of test and he had an IV put in. The worst thing for him was having to wear the oxygen on his little face. I realized during this process that my two year old son is stronger than me. That is pretty sad. Anyways it was not an easy three days. They found out that he had RSV . He is over the age to suffer from it, but because of his asthma his lungs were weak. We both spent my birthday sitting in the hospital. Not the funnest birthday but he did get to go home that day. As difficult as it was it make you appreciate your family's health. I can not imagine have a very sick child and having to deal with all of those feelings and the stress of being there all of the time. I feel very blessed to say the least.

This is the one we chose. But it didn't turn out as cute on the card itself. I thought I was good by getting these taken and printed out in one day. Until I got them back and notice the big drool spot on Masons chin. I just had to realize that if I don't chill out and quit focusing on the imperfections of certain things my children will have major issues. I absolutely love my kids and in my eyes they will always be perfect.

This was our Family Thanksgiving. We had my brother Mike in town and Tim's sister Tiffany in town. So to say the least we spread our time very thin. We have missed them both a ton so we tried to be everywhere we could. The kids up above are my nephews and niece. They are so dang old it seems like yesterday that I was their babysitter and now Jordan Babysits for me. It blows my mind. It is one thing to watch your own kids grow, but when you don't see these guys for awhile and they have grown a foot it absolutely blows my mind. They are good kids.

It was so good to see everyone.

It makes me realize how important family is.

Early Hallowen

We had a double dose of Halloween. We had Connor's birthday and Grandma great's Halloween party the Saturday before Halloween. They had a blast and got more candy than when they went trick-or-treating. During the week we had three trunk or treats and a few party's. We were Halloweened out by Friday night.

I was hoping that that this would be our Christmas card. Ya right! We took all of the kids to the Utah Football game. We have season tickets but not for the kids. So we decided to take them once and see how it goes. It was a learning experience to say the least. Mason did better than Madie, but he also had a really hard time. I spent most of the time singing songs, telling stories, and making silly faces. Just to keep them from bugging everyone around us. Tyler lucked out, Connor fell asleep about half time. We had no such luck. As hard as it was it is a memory we will have forever. I am sure we will do it again next year. I give props to those who take their kids to the games. You are better than I am.

Madie is our little princess. She brings joy and crazyness to our little home. Her favorite past time is making little brother cry. But she can be the sweetest thing and is a big helper to her mommy. She loves school and playing with her friends. She also is very set on having a baby sister, which mom and dad are Not.

It's a lot of fun but still very sad to see her grow up.

This our little Man. He is our joy (most of the time). He has such a cute personality he is always making us laugh. He can't wait to play any sport, especially football. Just like his big daddy. He will definitely be a heart breaker when he is older. We love him to death and wish we could freeze him in time.

Madie's first day of kindergarten!

I cant believe my little girl is growing up. She was so big. She didnt even want me to leave the car to say goodbuy. She just ran to the playground to meet her new friends. It is a bitter sweet moment to have your first child go to elementary school. I did shed a few tears. Mainly tears of joy and also some of sadness. I feel like a little part of me is missing now that it is just Mason and I all day. Dont get me wrong I am enjoying a little break.

Like I said it is bitter sweet.
